Freshwater East, a charming village nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire, Wales, is conveniently located just 5 miles from Pembroke, 9 miles from the picturesque town of Tenby, and a mere 2 miles south of the delightful Lamphey, where you can find a small but well-stocked garage and grocery store for all your essential needs.

What sets Freshwater East apart is its stunning Green Coast Award Winning Beach, a true gem within the Pembrokeshire National Coastal Park, the sole national coastal park in the UK. This park boasts a collection of breathtaking beaches, historic castles, captivating coastlines, and incredible walking trails, all waiting to be explored. The icing on the cake? Our holiday home is a mere 200 meters from the pristine Freshwater East Beach.

Freshwater East is also a year-round haven for dog enthusiasts, as the village and its neighboring areas are known for their dog-friendly policies. Tenby, although a short drive away, has some restrictions, but the majority of nearby locations are perfect for those traveling with their furry friends.

Fabulous house, fabulous location! The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge is spacious and also cosy,

The house was so comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The bar/restaurant was lovely and we were not aware of any noise, despite it being in close proximity. It was wonderful to have such lovely outside space. Everything was perfect. We will definitely return.

Fantastic home with everything you could possibly need. Well cared for, thoughtfully planned out and a perfect home from home. It's a very spacious property with a balcony off one of the bedrooms, a large terrace, a private garden, allocated parking and minutes from the fabulous beach. Have been to two other properties at Freshwater - both of which were very good, but this one is definitely the best.

The best property at Freshwater East so far. Enclosed private garden on two levels, beautiful, comfortable accommodation and the owners have done so much to make the property a home from home. Everything you could want or need has been considered. The layout is perfect, and the upgrades to the house so far have been done with taste and style. Thoroughly enjoyed our break in this gorgeous property.

An extremely comfortable and convenient holiday home. The owners have furnished and equipped it with love and care making it a real home from home. Great outside space. Beautiful beach within a couple of minutes walk. Restaurant next door with good pub food (book in advance though). Highly recommended.

Bay 16 is a beautiful house, so comfortable with everything needed for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The garden for the dogs, and the balcony to relax. We love Freshwater east and this house was a real gem. Perfect with Jacks being so close for a superb takeaway fish and chips, or a drink after exploring other local beaches and walks.
We look forward to returning very soon

This house is great, so much space and everything is well looked after. Even better now that the bathrooms had both been updated. Now with Wi-Fi makes it better if teenagers come. Lots of friendly dog walkers on the beach daily. Location is great as it's really close to the beach. Beach is great, and there is a great view from the house of the waves crashing against the rocks. Pub next door is great for food and friendly enough for visitors. Dogs welcome all day.

Beautiful beach house. this was my third visit and I would certainly return. Very comfortable! I thought the upgrade in the bathroom with the gorgeous tiles was lovely. Also the on suite in the main bedroom is so much better with the bigger shower. Love this house and the location. the enclosed garden is really important to keep my dog safe.

The house and location is fantastic, everything you need for a brilliant holiday. Our granddaughter and the 4 dogs had a whale of a time, as did all 4 adults. If you want a lazy time, then the beach is a 4 minute walk or there is plenty to do all around the area with a 10 minute drive. Will definitely book again for 2 weeks instead of 1.
